A unique and exciting design and construction opportunity.

Utilising an existing storage building, BallPoint undertook the fitout for a Chemical Upstream Lab to meet specialised laboratory testing requirements.

The construction of the Radiation Building included a concrete radiation bunker, precast tilt panel concrete and Colorbond roof cladding.

Our overall scope included design and construct achitectural and services, structural steel, concrete tilt panel removal and installation, ceilings & partitions, fencing and painting.

Construction works were completed within a 7 week program. A project that demonstrates BallPoint’s capacity to take on a scope of any size or complexity.
