Expanding their current CBD corporate premises into the neighbouring tenancy, BallPoint focused on executing this high quality fitout alongside a fully operating work environment in a staged and systematic approach.

Following refreshing of the existing tenancy, BallPoint moved onto demolition works in the new tenancy followed by full fitout including new reception area supported by a transformative boardrooms/entertaining space fitted with operable walls with acoustic seals and bar/tea preparation area. Further into the tenancy, BallPoint constructed executive offices overlooking the amazing view of Elizabeth Quays alongside an open plan work area.

The scope of works included all services, AV & communications, feature ceilings, glazing and painting. All works were conducted in a live and operational building.
