MSWA – The SensAtion Gallery November 2019 BallPoint were proudly involved with MSWA in the fitout works for The SensAtion Gallery, a temporary multi-sensory interactive gallery raising public awareness to the perspective of those with neurological conditions. Our scope of work included construction of ceilings and partitions, joinery, electrical and painting.
40 The Esplanade June 2019 Repurpose of existing underutilised wet areas and carpark to create a new end of trip facility. Works included expansion of the male change room, new construction of the female change room and upgrade of the UAT. This scope included mechanical and electrical services upgrade, partitioning, locker installation and flooring.
Cassini Resources June 2019 BallPoint delivered the new corporate fitout meeting time, budget and quality objectives. The project includes reception, breakout hub, mapping and open plan work areas. The constructed works creates meeting rooms and enclosed offices.

MSWA Belmont April 2019 Complete refurbishment to create MSWA’s new call centre and the central corporate office facility. Works included a full makeover of external and interior areas. Upgrades included: wet areas, flooring, finishes and joinery. Major building services upgrade required the full replacement of mechanical systems.
Lazy Lee Urban Eatery January 2019 Fitout of a new bar and commercial kitchen across two floors. Works included the installation of cool rooms, dumbwaiter, service areas and food preparation rooms. Situated within the new Campus Perth building, the new bar and eatery will serve guests and the general public.
