The LJ Hooker Team relocated to a temporary office whilst BallPoint undertook the refurbishment works commencing with demolition of all internal walls, flooring, kitchen and amenities to create an inviting open workspace. New aluminium glazing partitions with Altair Fasara film were installed to shape the new floor layout. A custom ceramic tiled reception desk and a feature timber Screenwood backdrop became the entry welcome to showcase the reception to clientele.

A custom, one of a kind Key Storage Room to hold 3000+ keys for secure storage was designed and manufactured from an idea, installed not only to be aesthetically pleasing as well as practical. The large kitchen area works included floor to ceiling timber veneer with laminate cabinetry and storage, paired with pillowed and Plaine splashback feature tiles and Compound + CastStyle vinyl flooring. The grand Training Room features a timber Screenwood wall including an amphitheatre chair arrangement with heavy blockout ceiling to floor curtains for additional atmosphere.
