Ora Sorrento – Display Suite & Viewing Tower

Formerly a closed down restaurant, BallPoint undertook the full strip out and make good to all existing substrates to execute this elegant display suite with high-end finishes.

The scope of work included Thermoformed Corian with custom routed profile to kitchen island, solid limestone benchtops with custom sandblasted splashbacks and wall finishes, solid timber flooring with enclosed balcony Etna Moon paver, ESCEA double-sided fireplace, timber veneer cabinetry, V-Zug appliances, quality painting and services including feature lighting and installation of new and relocated media wall internally and externally to the suite.

Supporting the fitout works, BallPoint relocated and installed an 18 metre high fabricated structural steel viewing tower from Fremantle to site, including new concrete footings, to demonstrate the breathtaking outlook the location and future residences have to offer.
