BallPoint achieved the new construction and fitout of 14 units including communal hallways, two new resident lounge areas, external landscaping to new works and landscaping to existing resident courtyard without disruption to the operation of the aged care facility.

Commencing with part demolition works of the existing building, the upgrade building works included integrating the new building from concrete slab through to steel framed walls, brick veneer finish and truss roofing.

The fitout of the 14 units included resident suites with adjoining ensuite bathrooms that were compliant for UAT/disability use. Other works involved integrating the new building addition with existing security access control, new mechanical and hydraulic works, main electrical switchboard upgrade and required aesthetic finishes.
