Our Lady Of Grace School – Student Amenities

In a smoothly executed process, BallPoint met programme requirements to adapt to school operating hours and term breaks, ensuring no disruption to the students or staff, recess/lunch breaks, daily lessons or the local community.

Works began with the demolition of the existing playground and preparation of earth works to commence ground-up construction of the limestone brick amenities block carefully matching the existing facility. Construction works included new stormwater and hydraulic services, electrical connection to existing, new mechanical ventilation, child height toilet partitioning and accessories, vinyl sheet flooring, tiling, painting, fresh landscaping and reinstall of playground fencing and surrounds.
