Meeting program costs and timeframe within a four week program, BallPoint executed the D&C works following all contractual HSEQ conditions and delivering the project on time without any defects.

Works included concrete grinding of floors for exposed concrete finish, replacement of lights and running of electrical pre-lays, electrical compliance needs for communications and commercial racking, construction of front elevation and ceiling for a tool testing quiet room, external removal of concrete wall and associated steel canopy modification, and painting of offices and warehouse/sales.

BallPoint oversaw the safe execution of heavy machinery requirements on site including a crane lift to assist with concrete wall removal, by the cutting of wall sections and lowering via crane.
