This high-end corporate fitout spoke class and style. The transformation of two tenancies into one open concept office required strategic planning to minimise disruption to neighbouring tenancies and busy local community.

With limited access and noisy works restrictions, works included creation of new female amenities and unisex shower room, welcoming Reception with Supawood Supaslat ceiling, sleek joinery with stone benchtops, glazed partitions and frosted decals, perforated acoustic plasterboard ceiling boardroom, quality carpet and vinyl flooring, painting and window treatments. Services included soundmasking, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and AV.
