A complete transformation of a dilapidated heritage military building.

Works included installation of structural steel and timber framing to create a mezzanine floor which houses the call centre, operations centre, kitchen facilities and a high quality corporate office. The ground floor works included reception lobby and a car museum that can be transformed into a function room. The new exposed staircase and lift provides easy access to the first floor.

A unique transformation integrating the old with new, resulting in a modern industrial feel with original and recycled elements throughout.
